If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the local post office, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an email with tracking.
For domestic shipments, 1-12 days after shipping out is the average time you can expect to receive your package in.
International orders can take anywhere from 4-15 days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed in transit by our international shipping carrier.
SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES
Comply™ Foam tips can be shipped to APO or FPO addresses. Standard shipping is the only option available for APO or FPO addresses.

Entering APO or FPO Military Addresses
To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address.

- For Ships: Enter Ship Name and Hull Number
- For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number

- Enter optional military command or organization name (e.g., USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.)

- Select one of the following:
- AA: Armed Forces America
- AE: Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
- AP: Armed Forces Pacific
- Zip Code
- Enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9.

- We suggest entering the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside.
